For Mac Due, the standard machine was not a point of departure but a goal unto itself. In 25 years of experience we have refined the solutions adopted to respond to the needs of different industrial sectors, “condensing” them into these series-produced machines.
Constructing successful machines is not as simple as it seems. Mac Due expects from a standard machine versatility in formats and optimum reliability (in the price of a single standard machine, as opposed to large packaging lines, long installation and maintenance times should be avoided).
In addition, the semi-automatic standard machine is sometimes a first step towards packaging automation and therefore must be easy to run by non-specialized operators. An additional requisite is that it must be offered at a moderate price.
On all these fronts, Mac Due’s success is proven by the satisfaction of our customers. And while these machines have a very narrow profit margin for us, they have been an excellent way to establish relations with many companies. In the majority of cases, the purchase of a standard machine has allowed us to forge relationships based on mutual trust which has led to the design of more complex lines of automation.
